Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify MAPPEMODE – Licence BERNARD ZINS by email at:
Returned products must be shipped within the applicable withdrawal period.

1. Return Conditions
Returned products must:
· Be unworn, unused and in their original condition;
· Include all original tags and labels;
· Be returned in their original packaging;
· Be accompanied by the delivery note, invoice or proof of purchase.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt.
Any item that is incomplete, damaged, altered, worn, stained, soiled or otherwise not in its original condition may be refused and returned to the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Products
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
· Products made according to the customer's specifications;
· Personalized products;
· Made-to-measure garments;
· Products altered, hemmed or tailored at the customer's request.
Such products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded except where required by applicable law.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned merchandise has been physically received, inspected and approved by MAPPEMODE – Licence BERNARD ZINS.
Proof of shipment, shipping receipts, or carrier tracking information indicating that a parcel is in transit do not constitute proof of receipt by MAPPEMODE – Licence BERNARD ZINS.
Returned merchandise is generally inspected within five (5) business days following receipt.
Once approved, refunds are issued using the original payment method.
No refunds may be requested or processed in store.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured shipping service and to retain all shipping documents, tracking information and proof of delivery until the refund has been completed.
The risk of loss, theft or damage during return transit remains with the customer until the returned merchandise is physically received by MAPPEMODE – Licence BERNARD ZINS.
5. International Returns
For international returns, particularly those originating outside the European Union, additional transit and customs clearance times may apply.
MAPPEMODE – Licence BERNARD ZINS shall not be responsible for delays resulting from transportation carriers, customs authorities, border inspections, import/export procedures, security controls, force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
For international returns, the refund review process begins only upon actual receipt of the returned merchandise at our return address.
Please allow additional transit and customs clearance time before contacting customer service regarding your refund.
6. International Returns – Customs Procedure
Customers returning products from outside the European Union must carefully follow the procedure below to help avoid customs duties, taxes or import charges upon arrival in France.
Return Procedure
1. Keep a copy of your original purchase invoice or receipt.
2. Complete the customs declaration form (CN22, CN23 or carrier equivalent) and indicate:
"Returned Goods / Retour de marchandises"
3. Use the following description on the customs declaration:
"Returned merchandise – No commercial value – Original purchase from MAPPEMODE Licence BERNARD ZINS – Order No. [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
4. For the declared value, use the original purchase amount and specify:
"Value for customs purposes only."
5. Attach a copy of the original invoice to the outside of the package whenever permitted by the carrier.
6. If shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS or another courier service, ask the carrier to include the following statement in the customs declaration:
"Return of goods to seller – No commercial value."
7. Customs Duties, Taxes and Clearance Charges
All return shipping costs, transportation fees, insurance fees, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, storage fees and any other costs associated with the return shipment remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that returned merchandise is correctly declared and complies with all applicable customs requirements.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, storage fees or other costs incurred as a result of incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate customs declarations made by the customer or the carrier may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
Any return shipment refused, abandoned, destroyed, delayed or returned by customs authorities or by the carrier due to incorrect documentation, unpaid duties, taxes or charges shall not qualify for a refund until the merchandise has been successfully received by MAPPEMODE – Licence BERNARD ZINS.
8. Exchanges
Except where required by applicable law or in the event of an error attributable to MAPPEMODE – Licence BERNARD ZINS, exchanges are not offered.
9. Legal Guarantees
Nothing in this policy affects the customer's rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including legal guarantees relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
Any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence shall remain unaffected where required by applicable law.
